Ken Jenson
January 23, 1932 - November 2, 2020

Our loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, chatty neighbour and devoted husband passed from us on Monday, November 2, 2020. Ken died quietly and peacefully at home. Ken left us all with enough memories to last a lifetime. He will always be our family's guiding light (keep your eyes and ears open). Ken lives on forever in the lives he touched. Our sincere and heartfelt thanks to the dedicated doctors, nurses and health care team for their compassionate care. Memories of Ken will be celebrated at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the St. Joseph's Renal clinic would be appreciated.

On behalf of the Trotter family, I would like to send my Heartfelt Condolences to Marion, Murray and all of the Jensen Family. I knew Ken through my Father & The Legion where he would spend time and spread comradeship throughout. Ken was always volunteering and present in full uniform during Remembrance & Poppy Campaigns. He will be missed.

Ken was a dear friend, true gentleman and family man. He was also a great story teller and a positive thinking guy. I looked forward to our Friday afternoon get together and rehashing yesterdays news. Always an interesting conversation and he knew more about sports, especially baseball, then anyone at the table. I'm know I'll miss him every day, especially tomorrow Remembrance Day. We usually would meet Ken and Marion at the cenotaph on that day and join the others at the Legion afterwards. God bless an RIP.

Marion and family, my deepest sympathies to you on the lost of a wonderful man, a true gentleman with a lovely sense of humour man, which he made knowing him such a pleasure. I always looked forward to meeting both of you at the Legion gathering and my only regret was has been only a few years since I was introduced to you Marion and Ken by Marty O Donnell. My thoughts are with you and your family during these adjusting times.

I 1st met Ken October 19, 1987, the day I became his co-worker. Everyday he would come up with something new to tease me about being an east coaster, in particular, being a Bluenoser ! Some days I would ask him "don't you have something to do in another part of the building", he would laugh! After he retired, he would occasionally call to see how we were all doing, and when I answered the phone "Good Morning G. T. Wood", the 1st thing out of his mouth was "are ya sure?" My response would usually be "oh no, its you". You always knew there would be a laugh. Happy thoughts are with you all because when I think of Ken & Marion, the most youthful older couple I know, it makes me smile. Love Kelly xo
