George was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, but raised in Nova Scotia, Canada to William George Moulton Sr. and Mary Rita Billard, both deceased. George died May 19,2020 peacefully at his house in Etobicoke. He left a wife, Sarah Pada-On Moulton.

William George Moulton was an artist, a handyman, loved nature, enjoyed listening to Sinatra’s song, duet with
his wife, playing the organ with their favorite songs. He likes to joke around with his wife and friends. George will surely be missed.

Finally, George has a favorite psalm that he enjoys reciting to his wife, a Psalm of David, 23.1-6:

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want.
He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside still waters; He restores my soul.
He leads me in right paths for his name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil;
for you are with me; your rod and your staff – they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord my whole life long.
