Aleksandra Jachtholtz - passed peacefully in the morning hours of Sunday, March 11 2018 after a long battle with cancer. She will be forever missed by her Mom Aurelia, sisters Anna and Gabriela and brother Wiktor. Forever a Special Angel she will be to her beloved nieces and nephews; Marko, Katarina, Sebastian, Daniel, Peter and Frank. The brightness of her soul and the unforgettable aura of her presence will forever stay in our hearts.
