The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Long can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Lu-Anne, Dan & Jessie Adams
Condolence: Billy was not average – pretty much in any way. Those of you who knew him well knew that he was incredibly smart and talented. You also know that it was never easy to be Billy. He always pretty much kept to himself except when it came to family functions. He loved being around family and especially his nieces who enjoyed his kindness and trips to the corner store where he would always treat them to popsicles or candy. He fought mental illness as hard as he could and when his mom passed away it hit him very hard and he felt lost as she always took care of him and loved him so much. He is now once again with his mom & dad and they are taking care of him. We found out he was beating his problem drug free and was well liked in his neighborhood but could not beat the problems of society. While we as a whole family lost touch with you Billy, please know you were thought of and not forgotten.
