Condolence: I knew Bill as a member of Mimico Cruising Club.He was extremely happy whenever he was at the club and on his boat! He came to every sailpast. When it was time to sell his boat he asked if I could help get it ready after launch, for the new owner.
Bill was truley a gentlman.
He will be missed by all.
