Condolence: So sorry to hear of Gary's passing. He did indeed love life and music. Although we lost contact when we moved to N.B., we often thought of him and hoped he was doing well in life. We never realized he had a fb page, or definitely would have sent a friend request. Looking at his page now, we see that he was a very much loved and respected person, not only by his family and friends, but through the music community as well.
R.I.P. Gary...we'll miss you.

Condolence: Terry + family, our hearts broke when we heard the news of your loss, Gary was such a joyful treasure in our community ! With a happy wave and something funny to say, he always brought a friendly smile to our faces. He was there for us when we needed him, and we shall never forget that. Slim was one of those very special people you loved as soon as you met him. It’s hard to imagine him gone now, as he was always so full of life, but up in heaven, you know there is a special kitchen party going on right now and he is dancing a jig! We shall always remember him with smiles and celebrate his life!

Condolence: Gary you were an amazing person. You helped so many people and changed so many lives for the better in your lifetime. You helped raise 4 amazing children whose lives are in such turmoil without you being here for them. I willl always think of our talks you made me laugh so much. And when i hear the newfie stomp ill always see you up on stage doing a jig. Rest in peace Slim heaven has a very special angel now .
